If you know Ali, you know she loves bugs! Yesterday we were in our back yard and this grasshopper had fallen into the hot tub. She was crying because it was going to die, so I got a cup and got it out for her. We put it in the bushes to dry off. Later that day, we saw it in the grass; she was so happy that it didn't die. That night it was her turn to say family prayer. Right in the middle of blessing the family she stops and says, "I know the grasshopper can be another kid in our family". Then she blesses the grasshopper, she named Elouise. Ali's prayers are pretty sweet. Another time when she was saying her personal prayers with me, she said, "Bless everyone in the world except kidnappers and bad guys only bless the good people". Lets just say we have had quite an interesting prayer or two from her.

Micki!
Hi!! This is Chels! (Garrett, now Stewart). How are you? I just came across your blog and I am so happy to find you! Where do you live and how long ago did you move?
Your kids are so cute, they look alot like you I think. You have three kids!! Holy cow! It looks like you're doing good. Take care!
soooo cute! I miss that little girl, I can just hear her cute little raspy voice saying all those cute things. Give your cute kids hugs and kisses from me. We can't wait to see you.
So I started smiling ear to ear when I read this story about Ali (and I'm still smiling). I think I'm a little more happy because I was so into bugs and lizards and dirt and tom-boy stuff when I was little. I LOVE that she blessed everyone except the "bad guys" - TOO cute!
